In-Ra Dosham is a Djinn. One of the few surviving members of House Dahliside, which was decimated in the great Djinn war. Though he is from the servant class of Djinn and does not possess the power of those from royalty, In-Ra is still capable of some works of magic and is a very capable and skilled fighter.

For reasons known only to him, he has pledged his life in service to the human woman Annalisa VanSusstern, and this pledge has put him on a collision course with Randall, a course that could be fatal for him but one that he must follow nonetheless.
